On the basis of the Commission’s proposal for an EU directive on adequate minimum wages in the EU from 28 October 2020, The Danish Trade Union Confederation (FH) has commissioned an assessment of the legal basis for the directive. The expert opinion is carried out by Professor, Doctor of Laws, Jens Kristiansen.
