Pernille is part of DA’s Executive Management and is responsible for the coordination of agreements, employment and EU law, Conflict Resolution, the Working Environment and Health, Integration and Qualifications, EU and Negotiations and the Coordination Unit.
Pernille’s work tasks mainly comprise management, strategy and policy development and negotiation. These tasks involve, for example, ongoing and comprehensive dialogue with DA’s employees, DA’s member organisations and with external professional players and politicians.
