Article

The Danish Model and the collective agreements are of major importance to Denmark. But how does the system actually work?

What is The Danish Model more precisely? How do collective agreements work? How often are the negotiated and how is that done?

The Danish way of organising the labour market may seem complicated. The movie is a cooperation between DA and FH.
